FAQ
What exactly is "net loss"?
Net loss is the total your referred players deposited minus what they withdrew in the week, across Crikey7 + Bonza7 + Dinkum33. It's the money the brand actually kept — your commission is a share of that. If your referrals net-win a week (withdraw more than deposit), that week's commission for those referrals is zero.
How does ×3 wagering work on Credit?
If your Credit commission is AUD 1,000, you need to wager AUD 3,000 in total turnover (on the brand) before the balance becomes withdrawable as cash. You don't have to wager all at once — play normally, and the turnover counts up.
When do I get cash instead of Credit?
The cash option unlocks at AUD 30,001+ weekly net loss (Tier 5 and 6). You then choose: (A) 100% Credit with ×3 wagering, or (B) 50% Cash straight to your bank + 50% Credit with ×3 wagering. Most Tier 5/6 partners pick option B for the cash component.
How do I apply?

Can I promote all three brands?
Yes — and you should. You'll get a separate link for each brand. All three brands' net loss combines into one weekly total, which determines your tier. Promoting all three gets you into higher tiers faster than promoting one.
When am I paid?
Weekly. Every Monday we settle the previous week (Mon–Sun). Cash-tier payouts sent to bank same day; Credit payouts land in your brand wallet same day.
Is there a minimum net loss before I earn anything?
No minimum — even AUD 100 weekly net loss earns you 5%. There's no "threshold" to unlock payouts; as long as your referrals generated any net loss that week, you get paid.
Is there an earning cap?
The rate caps at 8.5% (Tier 6). But there's no cap on how much net loss you can drive. Top partners regularly hit AUD 3,000+ per week. Net loss above AUD 50,000 per week is handled case-by-case by your affiliate manager.
What traffic sources are accepted?
Social media, community groups, word-of-mouth, blogs, YouTube, streams, newsletters. We do not accept spam, paid search bidding on brand names, misleading promotions, or promotion to minors. Your livechat onboarder will walk through the rules.
Who can become an affiliate?
Anyone 18+ in Australia with a way to reach players. Social influencers, content creators, community admins, bloggers, streamers — you do not need a massive audience to start at the 5% tier.
Can MatesWin change the program terms?
Yes. MatesWin reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to modify, amend, suspend or terminate any part of the Affiliate Program — including commission rates, tier thresholds, payout schedules and methods, qualifying brands, eligibility criteria, and these terms — without prior notice. Material changes are published on our Affiliate Disclosure page (Section 10). Past commissions already settled are unaffected; pending commissions follow the terms in force at the qualifying activity. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
